Our Athletic Director and eighth grade teacher, Mr. William Moses has been teaching at Bethany since 2004. Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Cleveland State University. He also has a Masters in Education from Notre Dame College of Ohio (2010). Before teaching at Bethany, Mr. Moses taught at St. Thomas Lutheran School (Rocky River, Ohio) for two years.

Mr. Moses belongs to the LEA (Lutheran Education Association), the National Science Teachers Association, the Association for Middle Level Education, and the First Energy Corporation, Educational Advisory Council.

From the complexities of the tiniest of living cells, to the endless expanses of our universe, I am in awe of God's creation.

Here at Bethany, students not only learn about the laws in physical science, life processes, environmental issues, the earth's weather and the wonders of far away galaxies, but also how God chose to create us, to care for us, and to love us so much that he would send His only Son to save us. 

Through minds-on labs and the application of technology, students can grow in their knowledge, and demonstrate their understanding of science and mathematical principles.
