TUITION ASSISTANCE
SHOPPING CERTIFICATE / GIFT CARD PROGRAM
The Gift Card Program offers a great way for families to purchase various gift cards to many popular restaurants and shopping establishments while earning tuition credit. Gift card purchases earn tuition credit of 50% (i.e. a $100 Giant Eagle certificate generates a $4 profit x 50% = $2 tuition credit.) Tuition credits are calculated and issued in the fall and spring.
Gift cards are sold before Bethany Lutheran Church Services and on Friday mornings in the school office until 8:45am. The program is completely voluntary and is a great way to earn tuition credit on goods and services you already use.
Grandparents and other family and friends can buy on behalf of your family by simply filling out a Tuition Credit Registration Form and attaching it with their order.

WORKING A SPORTING EVENT
Bethany Lutheran School, in cooperation with Delaware North, offers an opportunity for parents to work concessions at sporting events such as Progressive Field and Cleveland Browns Stadium. Training is required and starts in February. Games are held April-September. Credits are earned toward tuition. For more information, click the link or call Laura Eisenhardt at 216-390-3121.

GRANTS IN AID
The tuition assistance program was designed to provide emergency help, for tuition only, to our Bethany families during difficult times (ex: loss of job, injury at work, death in family).
Tuition assistance grant application forms can be requested from the school office.
Families must be enrolled at Bethany Lutheran School for one entire calendar year before becoming eligible to apply for tuition assistance. The Board of Christian Day School has the right to waive this requirement for special and unique circumstances. Tuition assistance is not considered for students enrolled in Preschool.
