If Mrs. Apana is not teaching, as she has for the past 27 years, she is likely to be biking, swimming or gardening.  Sandra Apana received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Baldwin Wallace College in 1979. In addition to teaching Preschool at Bethany since 1984, Sandra has also taken classes in Early Childhood (Cuyahoga Community College and Akron University) and Teaching the Exceptional Child (Cleveland State University).

She is a member of LEA (Lutheran Education Association) and the National Association for Young Children.

At Bethany's preschool, your child will learn to love themselves, Jesus, and the world around them. It is a developmental preschool offering varied activities so that each child is able to develop at his or her own rate.  Activities center around readiness skills such as fine motor, gross motor, listening, language, and socialization.

Children will experience the joy of music, the fun of a computer, and the fascination in discovering their environment.

Parents are encouraged to visit the class as often as time permits.
