“My greatest joy is to see a child
and their family enter Bethany Lutheran School not knowing
Jesus as their Savior, and to
leave years later with a faith in
Jesus that will last unto eternity”
Mr. Boerger is Vice Chairman of the Ohio District, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Board of Directors and serves on the Concordia Plan Services Board of Directors in St. Louis, Missouri.
“It is an honor and privilege to have served as principal for the past 14 years at Bethany Lutheran School. The staff of Bethany Lutheran strives to bring the love of Jesus into the hearts of all our students. We are especially proud of each of our students, and often see the work of the Lord in their lives as they continue beyond Bethany’s walls to become successful Christian men and women, and often return years later to enroll their own children at Bethany.”
During his years as principal at Bethany Lutheran, Mr. Boerger has transformed Bethany into a benchmark school in using technology for instruction and learning. Advanced technology is used in all classrooms, all grade levels, and in all curricular areas, including a distance learning laboratory, where students can take high school coursework (in Algebra and Spanish) offered for high school credit using the Internet for real-time instruction.
