Mrs. Janis Rasoletti - Director of Music

Biography

Mrs. Rasoletti works with

Bethany students to develop a lifelong love of praising and worshiping our God through

His gift of music.

The music program at Bethany consists  of general music classes for children in grades one through eight.

Along with instruction in music theory and history, students participate in many hands-on activities  that include classroom percussion  instruments, tone chimes, and recorders and keyboards.

Students also participate in several choirs that are  based on their age level. The most important aspect of choir is learning to serve the Lord through music. Each choir sings for worship at least once a month and prepares special music for Advent and Christmas. In Spring of each year, the choirs perform in a musical or concert.

Inside Music Class

Bethany also has a band program under the direction of Mr. Stohs. Beginning in fourth grade, students can receive small group instruction, specific to the students instrument of choice, along with a large ensemble practice.
